An incredible survivor of the earliest age of production for this chair. It is possible Finn Juhl and Arne Vodder collaborated on the design of this chair, and many examples show a version without lower front/back stretchers. Solid teak construction, with Original purple fabric upholstery. Joints are strong and the finish is original. Foam under the fabric is crunchy and could be replaced by a careful upholstery expert. One armrest shows a previous repair which is strong and should not require further attention. Marked under the seat, burnished: George Tanier Select Made in Denmark: Sibast Møbler.
Measures 26.5" wide overall, 29.75" tall, 17" seat height. Arm rest is just shy of 24.5" tall at its peak. Approximately 23" deep overall.
