Pair of iconic Falcon chairs originally designed by Sigurd Ressell (also spelled Resell) in 1970. Wood version introduced in 1974 to make production easier and faster. Produced by Vatne Møbler when Ressell was the chief designer for the Norwegian Company, which gained immediate and worldwide fame with the chair.

Our examples are in overall good condition, with no structural or major issues effecting the day to day use. Showing the “Rosewood” variation, having a dark finish over a Beech wood frame. A repair to the canvas sling had been made by the original owner. The repair is solid although we wish the material matched in color (see ‘right’ chair). The original leather is well broken in but also is in tact and we could not find structural issues with it. Wood finish is good having minor signs of age, as photographed. These are vintage chairs and were used commonly by the original owners, who we purchased them from. Also available: a matching coffee table with original glass. Leather has been cleaned and polished.
