Will need some tightening, but the chair sits well and comfortably as-is and re-gluing could be avoided should that be the buyers wish (choose the as-is" option at checkout). We can re-upholster the chair in new black vinyl and make any needed improvements to the finish if the buyer chooses the "restored" option from the dropdown at checkout. Restoration will include tightening, upholstery, and a new delicately applied finish which has the same hue depth and feel as the original. New finish is guaranteed.
